Building Maintenance Services

Regular & Emergency Building Maintenance for Chicago Homeowners’ Associations & Rental Properties

TriView’s Building Maintenance division got started out of a desire to be more responsive and effective in meeting the needs of our property management clients.
Being active not only in property management but also in sales and leasing gives us a unique understanding of building maintenance and the things that are needed to extend the life of a building and keep it a great place to live.

Now we are able to offer our janitorial, maintenance and repair services to other associations and rental properties, bringing them the same standard of quality that we want for the buildings we manage.

General Building Maintenance

It’s annoying when things don’t work properly in your building or apartment, disrupting your life and causing potential hazards. We handle everything from routine maintenance to major repairs; on schedule, on budget and with minimal inconvenience for residents.

Building Janitorial Services

Having to call a dirty building your home never feels great and brings down the value of your investment, regardless of whether you own or rent it. Make sure your residents never feel that way by having us keep your building clean, all the time.

Lawn Care & Snow Removal

Snow, wind storms, heavy rain, crazy seasons… we know it’s hard to keep the outside of your building under control in Chicago. But safety, easy access to entryways and curb appeal are important things. We know how to take care of them efficiently.
