ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

Stay organized. We run your quarterly and annual association meetings, handling: scheduling, notifications, agenda preparation and meeting reports. For Board elections, we provide proxies and online polling for those who can’t attend.
Comply with legal requirements. We keep your owner/tenant roster current and maintain records of the Association’s income and expenses (assessments, lien filings, payroll, etc.)
