From association & rental management to building maintenance & sales/leasing, everything we do has one purpose:
to make sure you can really say, “It’s good to be home.”
TriView was founded in 2005, fueled by the desire to break its industry’s mold.
Property management companies generally fall into two categories: large, traditional real estate companies with dated technology and old-fashioned business practices or small mom-and-pop shops that grow slowly
(or not at all) and don’t have the resources to meet all of their clients’ needs. TriView is neither of those.
We chose to be a dynamic company that invests in innovation and open communication to keep finding better ways to serve homeowners’ associations, landlords, renters and homebuyers. We use technology and a proactive management style to be more efficient and make our clients’ lives easier, while helping them feel they have everything under control and are making the most of their investment.
We don’t claim to be perfect but here’s what we can say with confidence: we are not afraid to try new approaches and take an honest look at our performance, so we can keep improving. And that’s because
we are very committed and passionate about what we do.
We believe that property management and real estate are people businesses. That’s why we invest in our employees. We want to make sure they love coming to work and working together, for you.
We work hard but never forget to make time to play. It helps us stay motivated and avoid the burnout that is so typical of our field.
We practice transparency and honest communication with our clients and it is something we carry through to our internal operations.
Our employees have a vested interest in the company and that boosts their desire to “leave it all out on the field” for our clients.
At TriView, it’s all hands on deck. We share ideas, compare notes, problem-solve together. Whatever it takes to get the job done.
Our employees are encouraged to pursue their interests and take on new responsibilities, constantly pushing each other to grow.
Periodically, our team joins Habitat for Humanity to help those with limited means experience the comfort of having a home.
